For this you'd have to write an email to the jisho team. Also, as far as I know there aren't even any updated official JLPT lists. I think they stopped publishing that data a while ago and all the currently circulating "lists" are just speculation. Though I agree it is probably N5.

Kanji not in any JLPT list
Can't start a discussion on a kanji apparently, so writing here.
The 分 kanji is not listed under any JLPT level. I'd say it's safe to say it's N4 level -- maybe even N5, considering how easy it's to write it and how common it is (分かる, 一分, 多分, 自分 are all N5 words).
