I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "explain" but the right side is 臽, which is a phonetic element (meaning it was used as a basis for the sound of the kanji, and not its meaning).
You can further break that down into ⺈, which is the component form of 刀, and 臼.
I'm not sure if that's what you wanted to know or not.
