If you think so, then you can just go ahead and make the changes at the JMdict database. If the maintainer of JMdict agrees with you, it will get added. Then after a short while the updated version would also be visible on this site (Jisho.org).

I think so. So that it would widen the vocabulary of the Japanese learner.

Should "To let something slide" or "To stop talking about topic" or "to avoid conversation" be added for 流す?
I found some short skit from instagram and some dialogue from anime that I watched, and they said なんで流すの？ whenever someone tried to change conversation topic.
Later on, I checked Japanese dictionary and it does included there as well.
