明らか is usually used in the form of 「〇〇が明らかに〇〇〇〇」 is obviously
when someone say something that is obvious like "you go when the light turns green" (although you would say blue in japanese, eventhough the light is still green xd), the response usually is 「もう知っている」I already know that,「いや、当たり前だし」yea i mean... that's obvious
当たり前 means "obvious" in a way that it is common sense (to the speaker).
明白 一目瞭然 mean "obvious" in a way that is easily deduced/come to a conclusion given the available information.
e.g. given his lavish lifestyle, it's obvious that he's been taking bribe. 彼の贅沢な生活を見て、賄賂を受けていることは明白です。
見え見え means "obvious" in a way similar to "I can see you/what you are doing/what you are hiding."
e.g. your (bad) intention is obvious. お前の下心は見え見えだよ
