I run a search with the tags #kanji #strokes:N up to N=84 (#kanji #strokes:84), and the highest query to return results was #kanji #strokes:34, that returned only one result: 䯂. (https://jisho.org/search/%23kanji%20%23strokes%3A34)
The reason I run it up until 84 and not 100 is that I found in another page that the kanji with the highest amount of strokes ever registered is the kanji for たいと (you can found this information here https://cotoacademy.com/the-most-difficult-japanese-kanji/).
So I think it's safe to assume that the kanji on this website with the largest number of strokes is 䯂 with 34 strokes.
