Sorry I don't know anything about it but I get it too. The first time I search for anything I get the error, then if I search again I get the result. Been happening for a few days.

That's been happening for a few days and it's really annoying. Sometimes it takes several tries before the answer is displayed.

Sorry, this should now be fixed. One of the servers had gotten into a bad state, and for some reason my uptime monitoring tool didn't alert me.

It's very annoying
