Yeah, those are auto-generated and the logic usually fucks them up when there are various ways to read a kanji.
As you can tell from the other form section 其 can be read as そ or その.
Although, as stated in the entry, the whole things is usually written using only kana anyways.

Problem with furigana?
I think there may be a problem with furigana on 其, it should be only そ or the word would be read as "そののまま".
