You could use https://jotoba.com/ for that. It's kinda like Jisho but for multiple languages and also has pitch accents

Would be a nice to have, but there is the Wanikani audio for most words that are in the pitch dictionary so you can hear the actual pronunciation.

Pitch accent support
Huge fan of Jisho.org
One of the features missing for me is a pitch accent display. This is the main reason I install the addon "jisho-pitcher" on every browser I use ( Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jisho-pitcher/fgnpplmalkhmcilpgbngpmdgfnodknce?hl=en-GB , Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/pitcher/ ), or use YomiChan to look up the definition.
Other dictionary projects like jiten ( https://github.com/obfusk/jiten ) also do this by default.
Unfortunately using jisho.org to also find pitch accent information becomes hard on mobile. The above mentioned addon used to be supported by firefox-android ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/pitcher/ ), but an update to firefox-android's addon system made this incompatible.
So as a quality of life improvement, it would be really nice to have pitch accent information built into jisho.org itself. It doesn't have to be as fancy as jisho-pitcher, using unicode arrows like jiten ( ねꜜこ , たꜛくわえꜜる )or simply the numbers notation would suffice.
