Not having alcohol is why soft drinks are called "soft." Even if that's not how we think of it these days. With these sentences, we don't know which direction the translation went. It might have been a Japanese person translating the English sentence, and this is one reasonable way to translate it.

Shouldnt sentence be read as do you have any drinks without alcohol? Not just do you have soft drinks? Makes no contextual sense.
