The best freely (re)usable resource on the web for pitch accent is probably wadoku.de - while that is mainly a Japanese to German dictionary, it also has pitch accent information for many entries which is fairly accurate. That information could maybe be included here on Jisho.org, judging from their license, but it would mean additional development work by the admins.
Otherwise, my recommendation would be to just go out and buy a professional dictionary with pitch accent information. My personal copies of the NHK アクセント Dictionary as well as 大辞林 and 大辞泉 all include pitch accent (that may not always be the case for every edition, though). JMdict and the likes are great and something I use daily, but I wouldn't want to miss these. The more, the merrier, in my opinion.
If its help with Pitch Accent you're looking for, assuming you're using a PC, you can use Yomichan (a google extension for helping with reading Japanese words online).
Yomichan has an option to display the pitch accent of Japanese words in different forms (Downstep position, Downstep Notation or Graph)
Here are a couple of links if you are interested.
Yomichan:

You'll need to install some dictionaries for Yomichan to work with. You can install them in Yomichan's settings. Notice the Kanjium Pitch Accent Dictionary. I have 3 installed, the pitch accent one, the JMdict english one and the KANJIDIC english one.
Yeah the Kanjium dictionary is also good because it just copied the entries from paid dictionaries (see https://github.com/mifunetoshiro/kanjium/issues/13 ).
I mean, at that point you could probably also just go ahead and pirate them yourself, but letting someone else do it is also a possibility :p
Hey there! I totally get your struggle. It would be amazing if Jisho included pitch accent guides. It's a crucial aspect of pronunciation, and having it integrated into the dictionary entries would make learning Japanese a lot smoother. I've been on the hunt for reliable resources too, so I'm all for this suggestion.
@oherexaaa, Absolutely agree with you on that. By the way, speaking of learning languages, have you ever tried incorporating live gaming into your language study routine? It's a unique way to pick up colloquial expressions and slang. Plus, it's entertaining. Do you think that could work for learning pitch accent as well?
Pitch accent training with live gaming... LLMs and all companies dealing with this supposedly "AI" bullshit should be banned from the face of the planet stat. Humanity suffers while crazy silicon valley wannabe entrepreneurs make bank. Please ban all these spammers for good.
Pitch Accent
Have the admins at Jisho ever considered including pitch accent guides on the readings of words? I've found it rather difficult to find guidance online for this. I've found a few sites that purport to be pitch accent dictionaries, but the ones I've found have all been rather difficult to use and/or didn't have an extensive dictionary database.
